Rates
There is a minimum charge of £20 for any work undertaken. Hourly rates are rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.
Scything:
£15 per hour (Fixed quotes available for lawns and established meadows)
Hedgelaying:
- Pembrokeshire Style: Starting from £9.50 per metre
- Any clearance required to get to hedge can be accommodated and will be charged at an hourly rate of £16 per hour
- Disposal of waste from the hedgerow will be the responsibility of the land owner unless agreed otherwise.
Coppicing and fruit tree pruning:
- hand tools only: £16 per hour
- If Chainsaw usage is required an additional fee of £5 per hour is charged for the chainsaw runtime. Minimum charge of £5.
Travelling Charges:
I apply a travelling charge at the current HMRC mileage rate for any work performed at an hourly rate unless agreed otherwise.
